Our Policy

We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional nail care services in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. To ensure a positive experience for all, we kindly request that you review and adhere to our salon policies.
1. APPOINTMENT POLICY
+ Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in-person.
+ Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
+ We request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice in the event of appointment cancellations.
2. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
+ Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
+ Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
+ Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
+ WE HAVE RIGHT YO REFUSE SERVICE
3. GUARANTEE POLICY
+ Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 7 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $5+ each. Regular polish services are not guaranteed.
4. LOST OR DAMAGED PERSONAL BELONGINGS
+ Please note that we are NOT liable for the loss or damage of your cell phone or personal belongings.
5. CHILDREN SAFETY
+ While we love pampering children’s nails, we must prioritize safety. To avoid disruptions and potential risks, please supervise children under 10 who are not receiving nail services or make alternative childcare arrangements. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
6. REFUNDS
All nail services are NON-REFUNDABLE once completed. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your
+ Expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Health condition notification: Inform our staff of any allergies to chemicals or health condition before receiving any service.
+ Infection or Abnormal Reactions: Notify the salon manager immediately if you experience any infection or unusual reactions related to your nails.
